• General seating assigned within standard CHZZK LoL PARK seats.
  *In the event of an all-LCK matchup, a designated cheering section for Dplus Kia fans will be allocated.
   

[Monthly Membership Draw Survey Instructions]

• Entry Period: October 30, 2026 (Fri) – November 1, 2026 (Sun) at 12:00 PM (Noon) KST
• Eligibility: Dplus Kia Monthly Membership
• How to Enter: Click [Participate / Enter] at the bottom of the survey → Complete and submit the form before the deadline.
• Required Form Fields: [Registered Membership Email / Full Name / Contact Number / Date of Birth / Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information]
  *The email address entered must match your registered membership account to receive the winning notification email.
   

[Notes]

-Age Requirement: This event is open only to attendees aged 12 and older. Please only apply if you meet this requirement.

-Non-Transferable: Only the selected winner and their designated guest may attend. Any transfer, sale, or assignment of winning slots is strictly prohibited. If an unauthorized transfer is detected, you may face penalties and restrictions on future event draws.

- Active Membership Status: Membership benefits are reserved exclusively for active paid members. If your membership becomes invalid after completing the survey (e.g., account deactivation, expired term, or canceled recurring payment), your entry will be voided.

-Commitment to Attend: Please only apply if you can attend in person. Unexcused no-shows after being selected may result in penalties for future event participation. If you cannot attend, please notify us in advance.

-Entry Limit: Limited to one entry per person/account.

-On-Site Verification: On the day of the event, identity and ticket verification will take place at the CHZZK LoL PARK booth. You must present all of the following:

-Winning confirmation email (received via your registered membership email).

-Valid ID (must verify your legal identity; photos, scans, or screenshots will not be accepted).

-Digital membership card screen (both the winner and their guest must display active membership screens).

Winners will be selected by random draw and notified individually via their registered email address. (Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder on the announcement date.)

Event operations may vary depending on tournament scheduling and on-site venue conditions. In the event of cancellations, additional/waitlist winners may be selected.
